Nullius dioecesis
The phrase nullius dioecesis (or nullius diœcesis ) means “(raising) of no Latin Diocèse” in ; it is often shortened in nullius in French.
It is a right granted in certain cases. As with Seborga until 1946, and which justifies by there its not-membership of the Italian République. Or as with Monaco until it becomes diocese.
