Nucleoplasme
The nucleoplasme is a liquid which appears grisâtre punctuated of black in electronic microscopy contained in the core delimited by the nuclear envelope. It contains on average between 70% and 90% of water and its pH are close to 7.
The transcription of the DNA in ARNm proceeds in the nucleoplasme (at Eucaryotes).
The nucleoplasme is rich in Enzyme S intervening inter alia in the synthesis of DNA and ARN or allowing the intracellular storage of products of reserve, like greases and Glucide S, in Nucléotide S and ATP.
It contains also Ribosome S, which are used for the synthesis of the Protéine S.
