Description
This power station is equipped with four engines VVER of the 440/V213 type:- Dukovany 1 : 408 MWe, brought into service in 1985, for 40 years (2015).
- Dukovany 2 : 408 MWe, brought into service in 1986, for 40 years (2016).
- Dukovany 3 : 408 MWe, brought into service in 1987, for 40 years (2017).
- Dukovany 4 : 408 MWe, brought into service in 1987, for 40 years (2017).
The center of storage of waste of Dukovany is located near the centrale.
Threaten of the site
April 6th, 2000, a woman threatened in an anonymous way to start a bomb in the power station. She was stopped the next on June 3rd.
