  • Doel 2 : 454 MWe, brought into service in 1975 per 40 years.
  • Doel 3 : 1056 MWe, brought into service in 1982 per 40 years.
  • Doel 4 : 1041 MWe, brought into service in 1985 per 40 years.
what on the whole makes a working installed capacity of 2963 MWe.

Incidents

According to the management report 2003 of the Association Vinçotte-Nuclear power (AVN), the exceptional temperatures recorded during the heat wave of summer 2003 exceeded the heat capacities of certain safety devices. Doel 1 and 2, which does not have air coolers, had to decrease their energy production for this period in order to reduce the temperature of exit of cooling water in the river.
