Nuclear plant of Cofrentes
The Nuclear plant of Cofrentes is located at Cofrentes to 110 km of Valence in the province of Valence in Spain.
Description
The power station has only one ebullient water reactor (REB) whose construction by General Electric started in 1973:- Cofrentes : 1092 MWe, brought into service in 1984.
The power station is installed at the edge of the Rio Júcar which provides water for the cooling of the réacteur.
