Novochakhtinsk
Novochakhtinsk (Russian: Новошахтинск ) is a town of Russia of 116.200 inhabitants located in the west of the Oblast de Rostov at short distance of the border with the Ukraine.
The city has been created in 1939 on the site of a layer of Charbon in exploitation at the time for already several decades. Nowadays, the extraction of coal and its transformation always constitute the main activity of Novochakhtinsk.
