- 1895 ( automobile Sport ): Foundation of the Automobile Club of France, association created by the marquis Albert de Dion and the baron de Zuylen, with an aim of making known the automobile world. The Car-Club organizes many races and was the creator of the first Grand Prix of the automobile history in 1906, with the Grand Prix of the Car-Club of France.
