The Mois of November is the eleventh Gregorian month of the calendars and Julien. This month lasts 30 days. Its name comes from the Latin november (of novem , nine) because it was the ninth month of old the Roman Calendrier.

November starts in the astrological tropic western with the Sun in the sign on Scorpion and finished on the sign Sagittarius. Astronomically speaking, the sun starts in the Constellation of the Balance, roughly crosses the constellation of the Scorpion of the 24 to the 29 and finishes in the constellation of Ophiuchus, which is the only constellation zodiacale not to be not associated with a astrological sign.

In old the Japanese Calendar, this month is called Shimo tsuki (霜月).
