Geography

The Village of Nousseviller is located in the north of the Bitscherland, with six kilometers five hundreds of the German Frontière , on the Route of Bitche to Volmunster. Located on a plate at the not very broken Relief, the Village and its appendix of Dollenbach have one of smallest the Ban S of the Pays of Bitche, counting only 474 hectares.

Near the Eastern edge of the country discovered, the Village evolved/moved little since the middle of the 18th century, at the time where the topographic Atlas of the county of Bitche is established, in 1758. Intended to evaluate the forest richnesses of the area, it presents nonjointed Maison S, laid out in order along only the street of the Agglomération. The Jardin S bordered by Haie S are represented by outlined hatchings with light keys. As for the Ground S Ploughing whitebaits, they are symbolized by hatchings alternating with points and the meadow S by tufts of Herbe. Compared with the current Chart S and in particular with the Land register, the Document appears reliable as a whole but the Relief, returned by Ombre S, remains rather approximate.
