Nougat of Turns
The nougat of Tours is a cake on a sanded paste and of an almond macaronade, posed on a bed of candied fruits and apricot jam. It is a pastry making which was born at the end of the 19th century. Today the brotherhood of the nougat of Turns and other tourangelles pourlècheries makes promotion of it.
