Nouaison
After the fecundation of the flower, its ovary is transformed into fruit.
The time of the nouaison, for the vine, is that where is formed tiny green bunches, whose grapes have hardly the size of a garden pea.
Ehymology: of “nouure”, or rather “nouëure” meaning action to tie , at the 17th century.
