Not-identified flying weapon
not-identified flying Arme (avni, acronym inspired of UFO) is a name which indicates according to the authors:
- either of the observations of UFOs being explained by military tests of machines under development, whose existence is more or less known general public (Jean-Pierre Pharabod uses this concept of this way),
- or of the military prototypes ultrasecrets which would use an unknown technology of the general public (Jean-Pierre Petit uses this concept of this way), in which one can doubt the existence until robust evidence is brought.
The acronym was invented by Jean-Pierre Pharabod for his work AVNI - the Not Identified Flying Weapons .
The version software of this theory could be confirmed when some secret weapons were officialized with the beginning of the year 1990, like the F-117. Other examples of avni like the balloon Mogul at the origin of the Incidental of Roswell, which was a program Signal-Secrecy at the time, just as the balloon skyhook, which in its time with generated many observations of UFO, and which is the current principal suspect per hour in the Incident of Mantell. This version is accepted by certain skeptics like being able to explain certain observations of UFO.
The version lasts of this theory is in particular supported by marked intellectuals to be in favor of a Théorie of the plot. The theses avni and HET are sometimes dependant, some, as Jean-Pierre Petit considering that it is thanks to technologies of extraterrestrial origin that the soldiers could build secret prototypes (see also: Zone 51). Other partisans of this thesis, soldiers of their state, used it precisely to demystify the extraterrestrial assumption, in particular towards the end of the year 1940.
The Aurora project
According to Jean-Pierre Petit the United States would have a very significant advance technology armament. Having worked itself during the years 1980 on the Magnetohydrodynamic , he affirms that at the time of a congress devoted to the “advanced propulsion”, American fellow-members explained to him that their country had engaged of very large budgets and had classified secret defense research on the “MHD”. Resuming its work, the United States would have developed planes which can fly at “Mach 12”, i.e. to approximately 10000 km/h, the speed of sound is ten times. Thus, an apparatus of the name of SR-91 Aurora, would reach 6000 km/h (10000 km/h to 60 km of altitude according to certain sources) since more than fifteen years. According to what one can call the “official version”, popularized by the memories of a director of the Lockheed company, the name Aurora would correspond to the budgetary name of the Northrop B-2 Spirit. The partisans of the theory of the plot believe that it is rather the reverse: the program would have had an official and traditional face, represented by B-2, and a secret face, represented by Aurora. One would thus have presented like related spending to B-2 the development of technologies of Aurora, which would explain the amazing cost of B-2 (estimated between 1,157 billion and 2,2 billion dollars), whereas in addition it seems very traditional. This theory contradicts the current policy of the American Air force which privileges the furtive drones of recognition, but the theorists of the plot make go up the origin of Aurora at several decades. The United States would also have, on same operation, of the torpedes “hypervéloces” able to reach 2.000 km/h. In addition to the Atlantic, the MHD would have been converted into generator of electricity. An arms race would have taken place in this respect between the United States and Russia. During Russian of the SR-91 Aurora would be developed in the program in the name of code “AJAX”. But Russia does not have allegedly sufficient any more budget to invest in these technologies. Planes hypervéloces, furtive and as powerful as those described could thus today be conceived only by the United States. According to this theory, it would be that, the unexplained UFOs, which would be a rather good explanation of these large misinformation campaigns which related to this phenomenon always with difficulty étudiable.
The case of the F-117A
Isabelle Anderson, Jean-Louis Carrel, Peter Hakes, Yann Garrec, Isabelle Martin and Picardy Raphael, scientific journalists attack the phenomenon UFO in the magazine " Science" in September - October 2007. They note that ultimately “it is certain that many American furtive planes were taken for UFO. It should be known that between the design of these machines, tests (always carried out of night), and their official presentation, it can run out a score of years. It was the case of F-117A, tested as from 1977 and revealed with the press in 1990. It was equipped with a system of facets making it possible to reflect the waves radar in all the directions safe in that of the transmitting radar itself”. It proves that this furtive plane was many times taken by witnesses in good faith for an UFO and that little information is obtensibles by the means of Internet on this furtive plane. The authors add however that “the machines currently tested, which will fly from here 2010 to 2020, would appear to us today of an extraterrestrial design! If it occurs crashes of these planes, the American army naturally hastens to remove the remains and to replace them by others more common. But, since, wouldn't these extraordinary planes in the shape of saucer have finished by us being presented? ”.F-117A was proposed at the time by Bernard Thouanel in the magazine Science & Vie to explain the Vague Belgian of UFOs. Nevertheless, the US government contradicted to have tested F-117A at the time in Belgium. The thesis remains however plausible, particularly for the beginning of vagueness (one could indeed consider an overflight from Germany towards England in preparation of the war of the gulf), but not proven as long as the US government will not affirm that there were indeed F-117A in Belgium at that time. The skeptics at present privilege the assumption of a psychosocial contagion (based on observations of Hélicoptère S and Avion S) to that of F-117A, until a possible proof of the opposite.
