North Bay

North Bay is a Canadian city the North-East of the Ontario. Its population in 2001 was of 52.771 inhabitants and its surface is of 314,94 square kilometers. It owes one name with his geographical location, being located on a bay at the north of the Lac Nipissing.

From 1982 to 2002 the city was the hostess of Centennials de North Bay which was relocated with Saginaw and became Spirit.

An underground operational center of the North American aerospace defense at summer built in the Years 1960 on the territory of the commune.
