North-eastern committee of the groups ufologic

The North-eastern Committee of the Groups Ufologiques ( CNEGU ) is a French-speaking association in fact, studying the phenomenon Ovni. It is about a group which works from a point of view skeptic, more particularly within the framework of the model sociopsychologic. The group carries out surveys of ground, publishes studies and publishes a bulletin entitled " Mysteries of Est". Several of its members were at the base of the foundation of the SEAL (Safeguard, Conservation, Etudes of the Ufologiques Files)
