Norman Yoshio Mineta (born in 1931 ) is a American Politician, member of the Democratic party, Maire of San Jose in California of 1971 with 1975, Secrétaire with the trade in 2000 - 2001 under the mandate of Bill Clinton and Secrétaire with transport of 2001 with 2006 in the government of George W. Bush. He was the only democratic minister member of the government of George W. Bush.
