Central Europe the time or normal hour of Central Europe (HNEC) , in English Central European Time (CET) , is one of the names of the Time zone UTC+1, in one hour advance compared to the universal Time coordinated. It is used as standard time by certain countries of Africa and Europe during whole or part of the year (the majority of those which apply the Summer-time use the Summer-time of Central Europe - UTC+2 - during the corresponding months).
It may be that this time zone is mentioned by the Sigle RST (Standard Lovesong Time).
