Norbert Ségard
Norbert Ségard , (October 3rd 1922 with Aniche - February 1981), is a Physicien (doctor physical be-sciences) and a Politician French.
Starting from 1955, Norbert Ségard takes part in the creation of several schools:
He is the founder of the Fédération of universities of engineers and frameworks (FESIC), in 1969, whose he takes the presidency until in 1974.
Policy
In March 1973, Norbert Ségard is elected appointed first district of North, before becoming Secretary of State foreign trade in June 1974. He assumes then the secretariat of State to the Poste S and Télécommunications as of January 1976 where one owes him the launching of the Télématique. In October 1980, it is named Ministre delegated near the Prime Minister for the research and the application of the advanced techniques, station which it occupies until his last days. He testified publicly to his lung cancer and thus contributed to the awakening of the public on the misdeeds of the tobacco.
