Nonzeville
Nonzeville is a common French, located in the department of the the Vosges and the area Lorraine.
Its inhabitants is called Nonzevillois.

Nonzeville is the commune with the smallest surface of the department of the Vosges.
History
The oldest mention of the village goes back to the 10th century under the name of Nuntiavilla which one can translate of Latin like the city heralding .Named Lonzéville or Nonzéville thereafter, the village formed part, under the Old Mode, of the Ban of Vaudicourt, property of the chapter of Remiremont. At the 16th century the village knew its maximum of population, but the Guerre Thirty Year old made him lose some more of the 3/4 (massacres, plague): the village will not go back from there.
The commune, which does not have a church, depends on the parish Saint-Remi of Destord.
Administration
The current mayor of Nonzeville is Michel Thiéry.
