Nonce Paolini , born on April 1st, 1949 with Ivry on the Seine, is leading of company French.

After having been Managing director delegated third French mobile telephone operator Bouygues Telecom, subsidiary of the group Bouygues, it was named on May 22nd, 2007 managing director of the Groupe TF1 (of which the group Bouygues is the principal shareholder), Patrick Le Lay remaining only chairman of the board.

Biography

Holder of a control of letters and graduate of the Institute of political studies of Paris (promotion 1972), Nonce Paolini began his professional path within the public company EDF - GDF by exerting various responsibilities.

In 1988, it enters the French industry group Bouygues, where he becomes director of the human resources, then in 1990, communications director external of the groupe.
In July 1993, he becomes the director of the human relations of the Groupe TF1 (whose Bouygues group is the principal shareholder). Of 1999 with 2001, it occupies the functions of communications director interns and executive vice president of the group which is built around the hertzian commercial television channel TF1, privatized in 1987.

In January 2002, it joined Bouygues Telecom, the operator of telecommunication, subsidiary of the Bouygues group, to become executive vice president about it. In April 2004, he becomes delegated general director and administrator of Bouygues Telecom.

From July 2002 in March 2005, Nonce Paolini was president of the association Médiation Telecom (AMET), body of mediation between the customers and the operators of Fixed telephony and Mobile phone.

May 22nd, 2007, the board of directors of group TF1 officially named Nonce Paolini with the head office of the group, to replace Patrick Le Lay. February 20th, 2007, this last had proposed “to dissociate as from May 2007” the president's functions and from managing director of the group so that it can remain the president of the group while entrusting the function of managing director to Nonce Paolini.
Because of the arrival of Nonce Paolini, Etienne Mougeotte, hitherto vice-president of group TF1, should leave in September 2007 its functions of director of the antennas and programs of the group.

July 14th, 2007, Nonce Paolini was high with the row of knight of the Légion of honor.

Private life

His/her partner is the presenter of television programs Catherine Falgayrac.
