Nogent-sur-Oise is a common French, located in the department of the Oise and the area Picardy.

Geography

History

Old name: Nogent-The-virgins

With beginning of the year 70, several murders occurred on the commune, at dawn or the twilight, which been worth with the serial killer the nickname of " killer of the ombre". The murderer Marcel Barbeault, residing in a common neighbor, was stopped in 1976 and was condemned to the life imprisonment in 1981.
