No5el Mamère

No5el Mamère , born the December 25th 1948 with Libourne (the Gironde), is old a Journaliste and a Politician French of sensitivity ecologist, elected Verts. He is Maire of Bègles (the Gironde) and re-elected Député on June 17th, 2007.

Biographical elements

No5el Jean Mamère is the son of two traders in shoes, Roger and Marthe Mamère. Resulting from a family of catholic tradesmen of right-hand side, it is sent in 1968 at the Jesuits to take down his baccalaureat there.

No5el Mamère has as a brother the sports correspondent of television Jean Mamère, deceased of the continuations of a cancer in 1995. He married in second weddings with Francoise, said Fanchon, and is father of a child, Adrien.

  • No5el Mamère recently was in the middle of a polemic calling in question its sincerity relating to its use of the ecological means of transport (bicycle and subway) which it claims to use exclusively. Indeed, on February 14th, 2007, during an emission of the organizer Karl Zero turned to the club of star in Paris, it affirms in front of a camera being arrived at " bicyclette". The April 11th 2003, No5el Mamère seizes the European Cour of the human rights, by calling upon the violation of article 10 (right to freedom of expression) of the European Convention of the human rights. The November 7th 2006, the Court says unanimously that this article was violated, the judgment of Mamère not being “necessary in an democratic society to the protection of the reputation or rights of others”.

In 2007, No5el Mamère is invited by Karl Zero for an interview. He goes to the interview in the car then a few minutes later he declares being come to bicycle. The whole was filmed.
