No5el Dorion (July 24th 1904 with Charlesbourg - March 9th 1980) is a lawyer and politician Québécois.
Admitted with the Bar in July 1927, he is the first president of the Young Bar of Quebec in 1934. It will be Bâtonnier Québécois Bar in 1954. As lawyer, it was particularly made known as a Crown attorney, following famous the Affaire Whetstone sheath.
It tried its chance with the Québécois elections of 1944 in Kamouraska and was beaten.
As Canadian politician, it was initially demolishes in the district of Quebec-Is, the June 11th 1945, like independent candidate. He was then elected with the House of Commons of Canada in the district of Bellechasse, the March 31st 1958, like preserving candidate .
He was Secretary of State of Canada under John Diefenbaker from October 11th, 1960 to July 5th, 1962. He was also president of the private Council from December 28th, 1961 to July 5th, 1962
He was finally demolishes in the district of Bellechasse, on June 18th, 1962, like preserving candidate . He is then turned over to the practice of the right until his death, in March 1980.
