Nivolelli Merlot untied

The Delia Nivolelli Merlot is a red Wine of the area Sicily equipped with a name DOC. since June 10th, 1998. Only to DOC. the wines collected inside the surface of production defined by the decree are entitled. The authorized vineyards are located in Province of Trapani in the communes of Mazara del Vallo, Marsala, Petrosino and Salemi.

Organoleptic characteristics

  • color : red ruby tending towards an orange red after ageing
  • odor : characteristic, harmonic, intense
  • savor : dryness, full, pleasant

The Delia Nivolelli Merlot is tasted at a temperature from 14 to 16 °C and it will keep 2 - 4 years.
