Nivolelli Grillo untied

The Delia Nivolelli Grillo is a white Wine of the area Sicily equipped with a name DOC. since June 10th, 1998. Only to DOC. the wines collected inside the surface of production defined by the decree are entitled. The authorized vineyards are located in Province of Trapani in the communes of Mazara del Vallo, Marsala, Petrosino and Salemi.

Organoleptic characteristics

  • color : more or less intense yellow straw
  • odor : characteristic, delicate, pleasant
  • savor : harmonic, full, pleasant

The Delia Nivolelli Grillo is tasted at a temperature from 10 to 12 °C and it will keep 1 - 2 years.
