The Delia Nivolelli Grecanico is a white Wine of the area Sicily equipped with a name DOC. since June 10th, 1998. Only to DOC. the wines collected inside the surface of production defined by the decree are entitled. The authorized vineyards are located in Province of Trapani in the communes of Mazara del Vallo, Marsala, Petrosino and Salemi.

Organoleptic characteristics

• color : intense yellow straw with reflections greenish
• odor : characteristic, slightly fruity, delicate
• savor : dryness, harmonic, fresh

The Delia Nivolelli Grecanico is tasted at a temperature from 10 to 12 °C and it will keep 1 - 2 years.
