The nitrogénase is an enzymatic complex clean with some Procaryote S which Catalyze the complete sequence of the reactions during which the reduction of Diazote N2 led to the formation of Ammoniac NH3.

The nitrogénase irréversiblement is irréversiblement denatured by the dioxygene (O2).
