Nissan Terrano II

Nissan Terrano II is a 4x4 known as enclenchable nonpermanent sold exclusively in Europe. Ellaboré in collaboration with Ford (at which it will take the name of Maverick), it was marketed in 1993 to replace the Terrano. It was available in 2 body: 3 doors or 5 doors. First model

Restylage of 1996

1996 is the year of the first Restylage for the rather welcome Terrano II to remain in the race. The range is famous S, SR and SE. 1999, the Terrano II is sold always well but its line starts to date and competition becomes wild. To maintain it in the race, it receives new a Restylage which will change its aspect completely. That starts with the denominations which become Confort, Sport and Luxury.

The side line still does not change but the revolution still occurs to front, more discreetly inside and with the back. The round headlights disappear to leave room to rectangular blocks integrating the headlights and the fog ones. With this occasion, it is renamed Terrano and receives a new diesel block more modern than the 2.7 TD: one 3.0 DI of 154 ch borrowed from the Nissan Patrol. The 2.7 TD remains with the catalog without technical change but is renamed 2.7 DI. On the other hand the 2.4 gasoline disappears. The range grows rich by the completions Ultimate and Excess, equipped with the block 3.0 DI. Sport and Luxury remain with the 2.7 DI. The completion Comfort, it, disappears.

Terrano II Wilson , reappeared in 1998. It took again the version SR but added to it air-conditioning and the Cuir. Deliverable only with the 2.7 TD. A pack of accessories of sport was offered.
Terrano II Canon , appeared in 1999. It was with semi way of the versions SR and SE but was nearer technically to the new model which went arrived some less afterwards, it was the model which enclosed this generation.
