Nirvana (album)

Nirvana is the album best off group Nirvana left in 2002.
This album is the third to be left after death the leader Kurt Cobain in 1994. Among the posthumous albums Nirvana is the first to make appear contents recorded in studio, since MTV Unplugged in New York in 1994, then From the Muddy Banks off the Wishkah in 1996 makes appear recordings in concert.

The album presents the new You Know You' Re Right recorded during the last session of recording in studio of the group the January 30th 1994. Are also reproduced on the album a selection of the most known songs of the group, credit of 1987 to 1994.

Nirvana finally left in 2002 after the resolution of different between Courtney Love, the widow of the singer Kurt Cobain, and the two remaining members of the group Novoselic and Grohl. The argument was turned around the song You Know You' Re Right that Novoselic and Grohl wanted to make be reproduced on a special box, that they could not thus leave because Love had its word on the rights and the heritage of Nirvana. She found that the new You Know You' Re Right would be " gâché" on a box, and she preferred to see the song leaving on the individual album of compilation similar one to the Beatles' 1.
