These shelves are known since first half of the 20th century but the first two attempts at translation were not satisfactory. The professor proposed a news of it, in English, 1991. The first song describes stage by stage the process of mixing of the beer sumérienne. The second describes the containers in which the beer is brewed then been useful. In 1988, the brewers of the Anchor Brewing Company, a Microbrasserie California, did not come into contact with professor Solomon Katz whose publication had intrigued them. They add a syrup of Datte S at the end of the infusion then a Levure of high Fermentation. On the other hand they do not use a Houblon, still unknown at the time.
