Nikolaï Miaskovski
Nikolaï Iakovlevitch Miaskovski (in; ) Russian Compositeur born in Poland is a the April 20th 1881 and died in Moscow the August 9th 1950.
Biography
Raise Anatoli Liadov and of Nikolaï Rimski-Korsakov, it was named professor with the Conservatoire of Moscow, station which it will preserve until the end of his life. It composed a big number of various works, including 27 Symphonie S and a concerto for violin. Those remain relatively little known apart from the ex- the USSR. Close friend of Sergueï Prokofiev, it had Aram Khatchatourian, Vissarion Chebaline and Dmitri Kabalevski among his pupils. Chebaline, discovered by Miaskovski while it was 20 years old, will dedicate its 5th symphony to him.
