Synopsis
One of rare documentary of the time produces on a country of Africa, the film brushes a portrait of old the French Colonie. Starting from the festival of the Independence, the scenario follows the discussion thread provided by the new Head of State, Mr. Hamani Diori. One explores the territory and the Nation which occupy it in villages scattered between the Fleuve Niger and the Lac Chad.
