Nieuwdorp is a village of the commune Dutchwoman of Borsele, in Zealand. It counts: 1209 inhabitants (2007).

Nieuwdorp was created as an establishment for the farmers of West-Kraayertpolder. As the number of houses increased, Nieuwdorp started to resemble a village more and more and obtained its own school in 1821.

Nieuwdorp is located along N254, the road which connects Middelbourg to the Tunnel of the Western Scheldt. This road also determines the limit between the village and the port area and industrial of Vlissingen-Oost (Sloegebied), where many inhabitants of Nieuwdorp work.

Before its integration with Borsele, Nieuwdorp belonged to the old commune of 's-Heer Arendskerke.
