Nicole El Karoui

Nicole El Karoui is professor with the Polytechnic school and the university Paris VI. Former student of the National university of young girls (Sevres), it in particular was professor with the Université of Maine then to the National university of Fontenay.
She is regarded as being one of the principal precursors of the development of the financial Mathématiques since end of the year 80. Author of many publications, Nicole El Karoui directed also a big number of theses and is of more responsible for a high level training in financial mathematics at the university Paris VI within Master de Probabilités and Finance, in cohabilitation with the Polytechnic school, which trains approximately 90 pupils per annum.
She is Chevalier about the Légion of honor.
