Nicolas Offenstadt

Nicolas Offenstadt is incorporated and doctor of history, graduate of the Institut of Political Studies of Paris, former boarder of the Fondation Thiers. Disciple of Claude Gauvard, it is university lecturer of history of the Moyen-âge to the Sorbonne. He works on the practices of the war and the peace of the Moyen-âge at the time contemporary. He is deputy manager of the drafting with Nicolas Mariot of the review " Geneses. Social sciences and histoire". He collaborates regularly in the Monde of the Books and the activities of the International Collectif of Research and Debate on the War of 1914-1918.
