Nicolas Neufchatel (1527 - about 1590) also called Lucidel was a painter originating in Mons in Belgium. He was the pupil of Pieter Coecke van Aelst before putting his talent ahead at Nuremberg. He painted inter alia portraits the notable ones of this city between 1561 and 1567.
