Nicolas Lavreince
Nicolas Lavreince , (or Lavrince ) is a French draftsman, of Swedish origin, having produced about the years 1770 to 1789, until the French revolution of many drawings, intended to be used as models for engravers, very inspired of the spirit enjoué and full with grace of this end of the Ancien Mode. It resided in France of 1774 to 1791.
Of its true name, it named Nicolas Lafrensen , it had been born in 1737 in Sweden and lived until 1807.
These subjects either gallant, or enjoués, or airspeed indicators were reproduced by about thirty contemporary engravers and had a great business success at the time.
