Nicolas Éloy

Nicolas François Joseph Éloy (1714-1788) was a doctor and writer originating in the town of Mons in Belgium. He studied philosophy and medicine with Leuwen where he became doctor. After a short passage to Paris, it returned to Mons to follow its occupation. It will be named in 1752 as doctor of the boarder of the city. In 1754, it became to medical officer it of the duke Charles-Alexandre of Lorraine before dying in Mons in 1788.
