New world order

The new order world ( in new world order ) is the name which was given by certain historians to the whole beginning of the year 1990, within the framework of a vision of the world suitable for after Cold war immediate, at the period of the History started with the turning of the last decade of the 20th century, just after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Name was used at the time of a speech made with the American Congrès the March 6th 1991 by the president George H.W. Bush.
