Causes

The phenomena generating this “ new poverty ” are multiple:

The loss of a désocialise employment the individual more than front.

  • dl' existence of young people not having never worked. Impossibility of finding an employment, therefore to place itself, created the phenomenon of the itinérance young people, energy of squat in squat.
  • the impermanency of the relations of couples. Family stability with tendency to decrease. A broken household can produce a desocialisation of the one of the two joint ones, involving psychological disorders, which can result in problems with work (demotivation), or increase the behaviors of attack to oneself (Alcoolisme, Drogue S, attempts at Suicide S).
  • the impermanency of employment. Disappearance of the use with life, multiplication of the Precarious employment: CDD, Interim. This work moreover is more badly compensated by the Assurance Unemployment, involving economic difficulties increased at the time of the loss of this type of employment.

All these phenomena have in common the lack of stability offered to the individual in the current society, in particular with the changes of the world of the work.
