New York Magazine

New York Magazine is a Hebdomadaire New Yorkean. Competitor of the New Yorker , it contains primarily articles Politique S and Culture ls devoted to the city and the state of New York.

First of all supplement of Sunday of the New York Herald Platform (1963), the newspaper is officially created in 1968. In 1976, the press baron Rupert Murdoch takes the control of the newspaper that its founders, Milton Glaser and Clay Felker, are forced to leave. In 1990, Murdoch resells the newspaper with the financier Henry Kravis. In 2003, the newspaper is again sold, with the financier Bruce Wasserstein.
