Comments
The distribution of the series was packed in the course of the years and certain actors left it, often in a tragic way (Bobby, Alex, Doc.). The happy ending are indeed rather rare (Kim and Jimmy, Carlos and Holly, Sasha and Ty), each character trailing his batch of misfortunes (torn family, disease, died…).Why “Street pedlar”? Because the stations of firemen and police force are at the angle of the streets King and Arthur.
In the episode waiting ( Ohio ), the characters are requisitioned at the time of an adverse political meeting Rudolph Giuliani and Hillary Clinton.
The 100e episode, Call to the help ( has Cal For Help ), occurs in only one lane from where a call to the assistance was sent. The episode shows the interactions between the various protagonists, and occurs in real-time (no ellipse). The Urgences series will take again this process at the time of the 11x06 ( Time off Death )
The episode Goodbye to Camelot will be the last of the series after six years of diffusion. The choice of this title refers to the first episode Welcome to Camelot . During this episode, a character sacrifices himself to save to them his. One also learns at the end what become the characters later (“surviving”) a few years.
The majority of the fans agree to say that there exist two types of episodes: “old men”, funnier and more diversified in the stories, where the firemen, ambulance men and police officers have the same importance, and the episodes known as “new” (approximately since the fourth season) with more spectacular action and a little less humor, and where the police officers are a little more with before the firemen.
During the six seasons, the series truly acquired its own personality which makes a series truly with share of it.
It should be noted that the series was the subject of two Cross-country race-over S with Urgences (diffused in France on the chain France 2) and NIH: medical alarms (diffused in France on the chain M6).
Turnings of the scenes external of the 55e brigade took place with Long Island City, in the Queens.
Bill Walsh and Derek Kelly are firemen in the real life. Molly Price and Derek Kelly as for them are married in the real life.
Coby Bell is the only member of casting to being appeared in the 132 episodes of the series.

The credits of the series are the title Keep Hope Alive of the Californian group of electronic music The Crystal Method
