New Europe
new Europe is a review of French and international policy created in 1918 by Louise Weiss with the financial support of the journalist Hyacinthe Philouze. She drawn with few specimens and is intended for the leading elite of the countries.
The review studies the conditions of the political life, economic and social of the Europe, and supports the initiatives of certain political circles intended to reconcile the States Européens and to maintain peace: international relations under the aegis of the Company of the Nations, Franco-German bringing together, disarmament and first projects of European Union. It specializes in the publication of the texts of large the international treaties and account-returned sessions of the Société of the Nations to Geneva.
