Neutral scouts of France

The neutral scouts of France ( ENF ) are an association French of Scoutisme founded in 1947 by Marcel Lepage and approved by the Ministère of Youth and the Sports. The ENF are signatories of the Message to the families and one of the founding members of the French Conférence of scouting. Georges Berthier, resulting from the Scouts of France (EDF) will come to support it in 1952.

With the beginning of the year 2000, association knew a strong growth by accommodating in its center a certain number of small associations not-recognized like scoutes by the ministry for youth and the sport. That made it possible the ENF to grow while giving a framework scout to the associations threatened of disappearance.

Association ENF then became a kind of federation of various scoutings.

Association encourages its members to look further into their convictions, while respecting those of the others. It is undoubtedly the only association of traditional French scouting which accommodates in its center various units of very different spiritualities.
