NetBeans
NetBeans is a Environnement of development integrated (IDE) for Java, placed in open source by Sun in June 2000 under license CDDL (Common Development and Distribution License). In addition to Java, NetBeans also makes it possible to support different other languages, like Python, C, C++, XML and HTML. It includes/understands all the characteristics of a modern IDE (editor color, multi-language projects, refactoring, graphic editor of interfaces and Web pages).
NetBeans is available under Windows, Linux, Solaris (on X86 and SPARC), Mac OS X and Open VMS.
NetBeans itself is developed in Java, which can make it rather slow and greedy in resources memories.
