Chronology

January 2004: Announces of its intention to separate from 1047 employees from here at 2007. On this number, 742 will result from one early retirement to the retirement. This situation is disputed by the trade unions which see, for their part, “ a Restructuration which does not say its name ”.

September 2004: Following negotiations with the French CGT and State, the Management of Nestlé Toilets France, began, in the event of lifting of the right of opposition, to invest massively for the modernization of the sites of the Perrier Source and the Glassmaking of Languedoc, to maintain the advantages of the convention of company and to continue an active policy of recruitment of the seasonal workers.
