The Nepalese (or nepâlî ; local name: नेपाली/nepālī ) is a Indian language Indo-European of the family of the Indo-Iranian Langues spoken with the Nepal, in India and with the Bhutan. It is the Official language of Nepal and the Sikkim. It replaced the Newari like official language of the Nepal at the 18th century.

The Nepalese is written by means of the Devanâgarî.

The Nepalese is the native tongue only of one half of the inhabitants of Nepal. Will khaskura, as those which speak it call it, has several names: the english-speaking call it Nepali or Nepalese , but it is called also gorkhali or gurkhali, “the language of the Gurkha S”, and parbatiya, “the language of the mountains”.

The Nepalese is Eastern of the languages pahari, a group of languages and dialects spoken with the feet about the the Himalayas S since the east about Nepal through the Indian States about the Uttaranchal and the Himachal Pradesh. The Nepalese developed by including sources tibéto-Burmeses in addition to Indo-European, in particular the newari.

The Nepalese is close to the Hindi but was subject to less Persians influences or English and uses more derivations of the Sanskrit.

  • nepaalmaa baneko नेपालमाबनेको -- Manufactured in Nepal.
  • my nepaali hoo (N) मनेपालीहूँ -- I am Nepalese.
  • pugyo पुग्यो - Enough.
