Neobatrachia
The Sous-ordre of the Neobatrachia is richest, and gathers 24 families of Anoures " modernes" , of which most common. Neobatrachia are subdivided in two groups: the Hyloidea and the Ranoidea. This classification, relatively disputed, is based mainly on morphological characters like the number of vertebrae or the morphology larvale.
