Nelson Pessoa , known as “the Brazilian wizard”, in a friendly way called Neco , is a rider of Saut of obstacles Brazilian born the December 16th 1935.
In 1953, it gains its 1st international Grand Prix with Buenos Aires in Argentine. Thereafter, it obtains very long series of world and European successes. These victories will develop its long career of international rider which it will continue up to 63 years.
It leaves the Brésil and the important real estate company of his father in 1963 to settle in Europe. It moves in first of all with Geneva (Suisse) then, seven years later with Chantilly (France). Finally in 1981, it moves in Belgium accompanied by his/her son Rodrigo Pessoa.
In 2000, it opens with Rodrigo its clean Haras.
It is devoted from now on to the organization of competition, like the Audi Equestrian Masters in Belgium, competition organized by his Rodrigo son who also takes part in it as a rider.
