The Nejd or Nedjed is an area of the center of the Saudi Arabia and includes/understands, in particular, the capital of this State, Riyadh.
Nejd is a plate located between 762 and 1.525 meters. The oriental party includes/understands several villages established on Oasis, whereas the remainder of the plate is occupied by Bedouin S nomads.
The area was conquered on the Ottoman Empire by Abd Al-Aziz Ben Abd Al-Rahman Al Saoud, which cut there an emirate thanks to its alliance with the Wahhabisme between 1899 and 1912. In 1932, Nejd became a province of the news Saudi Arabia.
