Albert Ruelle . (1754 - 1805).

Wire of a notary, born close to Chinon, judge then appointed with the Convention elected by the department of Indre-et-Loire. He votes the death of Louis XVI (January 20th 1793). On mission of May in November 1793 to the armies of the West where it directs the fight against the Vendean ones, it is returned in the same area in August 1794, treats on the contrary with some their chiefs and is one of the signatories of the treaty of Mabilais the April 19th 1795. Re-elected at the legislative Body in 1795, it sits at the Conseil of the Five hundred until the May 20th 1797. Under the Consulate, it is named sub-prefect of Chinon where it dies. Albert Ruelle replaced 1794 with 1795 with Nantes Jean-Baptiste Carrier.
